steel producer, combining raw material supply, steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling
operations within one production chain.
The plant is focused on the production of commercial
steel products for construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial use. Its operations
are based on electric arc furnace steelmaking, continuous billet casting and rolling mill
production, with a gradual transition toward direct reduced iron production using locally sourced
iron ore.
The company’s production model includes its own iron ore resource base at Sanje
Hill, direct reduced iron facilities, steel melting, billet casting, hot billet transfer and rolling
of finished steel products.
